Eligibility for Exchange

1. Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect parts provided by Babbu Motors.

2. The request for an exchange must be made within 7 days of the service or part purchase date.

3. The item must be unused and returned in its original condition along with the purchase receipt.

Non-Exchangeable Items

1. Custom-made or special-order parts are not eligible for exchange.

2. Parts that have been installed, used, or damaged due to mishandling will not be exchanged.

3. Electrical components such as batteries, sensors, or ECU modules are non-exchangeable once installed.
